  • 1 each Cod Fillets
  • 4 ounces Lima Beans Frozen
  • 4 ounces Corn Frozen
  • 1/2 each Red Onion
  • 1/2 each Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/8 ounce Paprika
  • 1/8 ounce Garlic Salt
  • 1/8 ounce Thyme


  • Unthaw corn and lima beans in the microwave.
    Dice red onion and red bell pepper.
    In a large skillet, heat a large drizzle of olive oil.
    Add red onion and red bell pepper. Cook until softened.
    Add the paprika, garlic salt and thyme to the mixture. Cook until fragrant.
    Season with salt and pepper if needed.
